I understand that IPF (Indiana Parkinson Foundation) recommends that participants consult with their doctor prior to trying new exercises. I further understand that by participating in these online classes, I release IPF and The CLIMB, its members, agents, heirs, successors and assigns, from any and all liability or cause of injury and shall indemnify and hold them harmless from any such liability which is in any way related to these virtual classes. I agree that this exercise program will be undertaken at my own risk and that, due to the virtual nature of these classes, I am responsible for recognizing any exercise or activity that causes discomfort and/or pain. I also understand that is it my decision whether or not to continue the exercise program in the event of an injury or illness.
